Administrative Assistant​

Duties and Responsibilities
-
Answer phone, directing calls internally, set up appointments, help walk-in clients

Sort and distribute incoming mail
-
Record payments and cash paid outs
-
Balance cash drawer and prepare bank deposits
-
Trips to post office and bank as needed
-
Manage order filling and stocking of office supplies
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
-
Proficient in MS office
-
Strong interpersonal skills
-
Strong communication skills
-
Able to manage deadlines
Qualifications
-
Previous experience as receptionist is preferred, but not required
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
Must be able to work overtime, if needed, during tax season
