Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phone, directing calls internally, set up appointments, help walk-in clients

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail

  • Record payments and cash paid outs

  • Balance cash drawer and prepare bank deposits

  • Trips to post office and bank as needed

  • Manage order filling and stocking of office supplies


Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Proficient in MS office

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Able to manage deadlines



  • Previous experience as receptionist is preferred, but not required

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Must be able to work overtime, if needed, during tax season
